 Great for Mosquitoes, Not so great for No-See-Ums August 19, 2010

Own a home on Virginia seaside. Lots of mosquitoes, and ticks. Product works at keeping them at bay. Does not seem to work for no-see-ums. Deep Woods Off works better for them.

I bought this product for a fishing trip to Canada and luckily we had no bugs. I have since used it throughout Ohio on several camping trips and it worked great.

The product works very very well! It did protect me through a whole day of being outdoors. Bugs still come close. They'll land on me, then take off immediately. At least they're not biting me, but wish they would be repelled beyond arms length! The part that scares me is the warnings about washing skin ASAP, washing clothes that the repellent has been on, not letting animals lick you, it's not for babies. If it's not safe for animals, babies, plastics, or paints, is it safe on my skin?!

Product does what it says-the cream application is much easier to apply than sprays, you can control where it goes & where it doesn't. Product also seems to last a bit longer than most sprays.
